Jack London and G. A. Henty’s writing style is very different and also very similar. Jack London’s style of writing is descriptive while G. A. Henty’s writing style is narrative.
Some similarities between Jack London and G. A. Henty’s is writing styles are the way that they show character development. they both show this by showing how their characters respond and react to problems. An example is how White Fang got a human upset and was clubbed for it. He learned not to do that otherwise he would be clubbed. One example of character development with G. A. Henty characters was when Wulf the Saxon had his army randomly charge into battle and then being defeated. The next time they went to battle he made sure they had an organized battle plan and that time they won. These are both examples of character development.
Some differences between Jack London’s and G. A. Henty is writing styles are how they show their characters thoughts. Jack London’s characters are dogs and wolves so they cannot talk to each other to show their thoughts. So they show their thoughts through their actions. G. A. Henty’s characters can talk so you can see what their thoughts are when the characters talk to other characters.
As you can see there are many different writing styles and they all have similarities and differences.
